  1. Wade-

Wow. I can only say *wow*. I've been reading a lot on Medj. since hearing (for the first time, can you believe it??), on Patrick Madrid's blog about some dissension on the subject of the 'apparitions' there. I followed you here from there! ;)

Anyway, I have to say, after reading 100's of pages pro and con, your 7 part series was so thorough it's unbelievable. Granted, I skimmed (6 kids running asunder), but wow. Oh, pray, pray that a ruling will come soon! I've just about been ousted from my family for even mentioning that I think it could be false!!! So true about the creepy fanaticism of the place. It is horribly scary to think of what will happen to all the devotees, should it be deemed not of God.

Thank you for seeking the truth, and sharing your findings thus far. You were very fair in your viewpoints.

  2. Thank you so much for your feedback and compliments, Martha! It means a lot to hear you say that.

I, too, am concerned. I think many people will dissent from a negative judgment. It will be "Humanae Vitae" all over again, I believe.

Bless you and your six blessings, Martha.

  3. Hi!

I "enjoyed" your article/s and concur. Thank you for your efforts.
My own understanding is similar to yours in that it's all about obedience. "A house divided against itself cannot stand".

One minor point (proofreading)... you wrote...

"Those problems lead them to conclude that Medjugorje is not authentic, but if it turns out to be authentic, those problems remain problems, and one then has to grapple with how an authentic vocation can result in the aforementioned anomalies."

I question the word, "vocation", in this context. Is it an error? Should it be "apparition" perhaps?

    Thanks again!

  4. Thank you for the feedback, Ron, and for the compliments. Yes, you found yet another one of my errors. I was in such a rush to get it uploaded and so sick of looking at it (after 60 pages) that I didn't really do a thorough job proofreading. Thank you for pointing it out to me. I'll fix it right away. Blessings!
